Life rolls on 🐕
Not too long ago, our office dog Harley experienced a freak incident while playing in the garden with her siblings and lost mobility and use of her rear legs. We were all devastated and rushed her to the vet and the examination resulted in a diagnosis of Intervertebral Disc Disease, Knee, and Hip Dysplasia.
Doing what any dog parent would do, we searched for therapies, remedies, and anything else we could to make it better for her and we stumbled across Broken Biscuits.
Broken Biscuits work with the animals so many dismiss as too hard to help. The broken biscuits; the ones not picked and left on the plate. They are a disabled animal advocacy organisation, seeking to remove barriers to these animals pursuing active and healthy lives.
When speaking to them, they gave us so much information about Harley’s condition and how it didn’t have to be the end of her adventures, and, thanks to their advice we are now able to better manage her condition.
We strongly believe in supporting charities that genuinely make a positive impact, that’s why we are pleased to be providing Broken Biscuits with a substantial donation every single month so that they can carry on helping furry friends live their best lives.

As we started to embark on our journey of supporting charities that we felt passionately about, we stumbled across the amazing support that Lennox Children’s Cancer Fund provide.
The charity's main objective is to support the entire family during their child's cancer journey, from diagnosis through treatment and beyond. The Lennox Children's Cancer Fund is dedicated to working directly with families, acknowledging that each family's cancer journey is different, and providing services tailored to suit those needs through emotional, financial, and practical support.
They recognise that families may struggle to adjust to their 'new normal' after treatment, and the charity supports in bridging the gap that is left after the safety net of treatment is removed or following the bereavement of a child.
In 2023, as well as working with Broken Biscuits, we will be partaking in multiple fundraisers as well as making frequent donations to help out in any way that we can.
